How the privacy works

Video never leaves your phone. Frames are analysed on device and discarded immediately. There is no server to send them to.

No third-party SDKs. No Firebase, no analytics SDK, no crash reporter. Optional usage analytics are off unless you turn them on.

The free tier is not a hostage. If you never pay, you keep the timer, the pomodoro cycle and your history. Only detection is gated.
